I dont know whether this many calories 15 g fat 6 g saturated fat 228 g cholestral are good-If it is LDL not good for diabetic What is transgenic fat content also needs publishing. Would it not make more sense to avoid all meat egg and turn vegan

I agree, way too many carbs and too sweet to start off the day. The omelet was an excellent choice, but not mention is steel cut oats.

These are healthy??? Not by my standards!! Too many carbs, too much cholesterol. Someone there needs to really look into "healthy" because these recipes are NOT>
