Well Kathy I read this several months ago in Reader's Digest and never got around to commenting... I just wanted to say that I'm so glad you got some kudos. You deserve them. You truly do inspire me. Hugs Elissa carasmom from Daily Strength

I am very proud of my sister Kathy. No one, not even her closest family, could ever truly comprehend what she endures with on an hourly basis.

What an inspiration you are for all of us Kathy. As a High School graduate with you in Benson, this really hits home. Keep up the good fight and I will keep you in my prayers.

I never fail to be amazed at the strength and support my daughter, Kathy, gives to others, always putting everyone before herself. She constantly encourages others with breast cancer and other Moms with Autistic children. She is truly an inspiration.

Carol Walker is my wife and I am utterly amazed at her strength and tenacity. During the two plus years that she underwent treatment for breast cancer, she was amazing. We have been married for almost 43 years and she has always been the glue that held our family together. She has always given unselfishly of her love and time to all her family, friends and acquaintances. She remembers birthdays, anniversaries and other obscure events religiously. Everyone is a friend, no one is a stranger.
