A US District Judge sided w/ the ACLU and blocked a prosecutor from filing charges against 3 teen girls. Utah recently lessened the charges for sexting & Vermont is trying to make some sexting legal. Teens should not be put on the offender list, forced to attend reeducation programs, or jailed because of a photo—this wastes thousands of tax dollars & is an overreaction.
