If you're overweight, you may feel defeated at the mere thought of exercise. But new research shows that a little sweat brings hefty benefits, no matter your size.
Lower cancer risk. Regular workouts cut the risk of endometrial cancer by 22 percent for overweight and obese women, says an American Cancer Society study. All it took: easy-to-moderate walking for 30 to 45 minutes a day or similar amounts of activities such as biking and aerobics.
