European Hot Chocolate

Drinking this warm bedtime snack, made with dark chocolate, is good for both your body and mind. The dark chocolate contains flavonoids which fight free radicals, as well as serotonin, which can improve your mood before you lie down to rest.

You Will Need
3/4 cup nonfat milk or low-sugar soy milk
1/2 oz high quality dark chocolate, finely grated

What to Do
1. Warm milk in small saucepan or in microwave until hot; do not boil.

2. Whisk in chocolate until well blended.

Serves: 1

Per serving: 140 calories, 5 g fat, 3 g sat fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium, 17 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 7 g protein
