Take on Tasks One at a Time

We think we are reducing stress by accomplishing more than one thing at a time, when in fact, we are causing ourselves more stress than ever. Stress-busting tip: leave multitasking to your personal computer. Do one thing at a time, do it well, and move on to the next item on your list. The article makes a good point. Having a multi-tasker my entire life (and still am part of the time) I find that if I list and priortize, and do one thing at a time I feel less stress, and also realize that "I'm not RUNNING OUT OF TIME to finish it all." As I said, sometimes multitasking is the answer.

MurtyDS...why did you even read the article with the title it has if you LIKE constantly being on the go and doing more,more,more? Sounds like YOU are misdirected. But keep on plugging away if that's what works for you.
