Whatever happened to eggs and bacon or sausage? These are okay if done in correct portions and not every day. Biscuits and gravy never hurts either, occasionally.

These are all high-carb breakfasts. What about high-protein breakfasts? And what about traditional breakfast breads - toast, waffles, pancakes, muffins? Do we count them as "cereal," or as "oatmeal"?? I've never seen such a biased survey, outside of politics! :P
