You forgot Veterinarians and Pet Supplies/Pet Care! Vets are in great demand and making lots of money! Despite the recession, everyone seems to be lavishing care on their pets!
An undergraduate college student going into the computer science industry with a bachelor's will already have an outdated education by the time they graduate. The technology industry may be booming but the education for it is seriously lacking and behind.
This list is stupid. I know people in all these fields who have been laid off due to the economy. A job listing is not nearly this broad, what's the college student to do, say they want an education in these 9 fields? That would cover about 75% of all majors offered. I would hope the author and editor will soon be out of work as well.
It looks like you've about covered them all.
I would like to see a more job specific list that people can review and then perhaps chose one to persue.
Many times people do not realize what job opportunities are available and struggle with educational choices.
Career demands have changed greatly in the past three to four years, and I believe it is difficult to know just what is in demand especially in various regions throughout the country.
