I have taken pride in being knowledgeable of each and every industries' current standard, trends, and history. And more than willing to live up to a challenging customer's expectations of me.
However, there is an unmistakable difference between the challenge of a straightforward, expectant patron- and the belittlement of a an insulting, abusive customer.
