I especially like:
19 - exercise
5 - smile (to which I add belly laugh)
20 - munch on carbs (I offered a muffin recipe)
22 - sex (interaction with friends is always good)
25 - tea (very soothing)
27 - hot bath (one of my personal faves)
31 - call a friend (I went one further, and suggested spending time with friends - as in having a meal)
But all in all, a fabulous list!
