Well I just can't believe that San Jose, Ca. has a high ranking and wonder about your system.
I live in the Silicone Valley which includes the City of San Jose and I can tell you it is not. The whole valley is polluted because of the Lehigh Southwest Cement Plant and Quarry not to mention many other companies that are polluting.
Please research deaper something is wrong here.
Is this drinking water quality or surround bodies of water? I am not sure how Boston or New York would score so low on drinking water. Both utilize reservoirs far away from the city in non polluted areas.
I find this confusing, because if you go to the website http://www.epa.gov/enviro/emef and enter the zip code 14211 (Buffalo, NY- which is #3) you may find that it is not as clean as this story claims.
