I drink a pitcher of either green tea or white tea every day. I use 4 tea bags of the green or white tea, to that I also add 4 bags of an herbal tea. I bring my tea pot to a whistle, pour into my pitcher, drop tea into pitcher, steep for 3-4 minutes, squeeze out tea bags and to that I add 3-4 tbls honey. I drink it hot, then when it gets warm I add ice to my cup. If I have fruit flavored tea I will add lemon-lemon tea, orange-orange tea, raspberry-raspberry ect....Be creative-I do.

For whatever reason, I find the taste of black tea much more agreeable than green tea, but to get the extra health benefits of green tea, I steep a bag of my favorite black tea, and a bag of green tea, together. I just remove the green tea bag sooner than the black tea bag.
