I agree. I like moderation. As a bakery owner, I have a small treat every now and then and go for greens when I can.
Yes, Joe it can be hard to adopt new changes in eating habits; however, if you can try one small change per week you'll see results!
THIS IS ALL WELL AND GOOD BUT IT WOULD TAKE A LOT OF PRACTICE TO GET USED TO. I GUESS ITS A GOOD THING TO START WITH KIDS WHEN THEY ARE YOUNG. THANKS, JOE
