As a volunteer/foster with the local Humane Society in Dallas, I see thousands of adoptable pets euthanized monthly! We need you HERE, Mr. Winograd!! We walk and pull all we can from "Death Row" but it's just a drop in the bucket compared to the rate of executions.
You are a true hero and we need more like you in the world. You have my support and true appreciation. How can we do this in Dallas? Finally we got a mandatory spay/neuter law enacted, but it'll be hard to enforce! THANK YOU!!
