We all know this stuff goes on all the time. We read about it, hear about it, talk about it, and bitch about it. Why can't we DO anything about it?!
"We the people" should have some way of demanding accountability BEFORE our tax dollars are spent. Reading about it after the fact doesn't seem to be having much of an impact.
