Retrain Your Brain

Someone told me that the best way to memorize something was to write it down. That certainly helped when I memorized my monologue! I also broke up different ideas into several different paragraphs.

Brain freeze is another name for ice-cream headache. This is a headache caused by rapid intake of a cold drink or food into your mouth.
