It is essential for people to see that this program is NOT for those suffering from a diagnosed illness--see the article--those individuals MUST see a professional. I am not one, but someone who has severe insomnia problems. CBT is good, for mild insomnia, but for those of us will illnesses such as apnea, depression, bipolar disease--it is not enough--see a psychiatrist or at least your internist!
