5 Ways to Get Good Customer Service

Upon getting a book I did not order, I called Reader's Digest through 1-800-635-5006, customer service line and it was taken care of right away.

We have tried to find out how to take care of a book called Silks, Vol 4-09 past due bill of which we did not order or receive. We have no way of responding except to write to an address in Prescott, Arizona. Isn't there an easier way of contacting RD? What else do we do to take care of this matter. We see now there are others who have the same problem!

Today I got a PAST DUE bill for $29.95 for a book called Silks I did not order or receive. Whats the deal?????? I expect this to be taken care of, with an explaination. From reading other comments it sounds like this is a reoccuring problem. I trust this will be corrected and not happen again.

How do I contact a representative from Reader's Digest in regard to a bill that has been paid, but I am still getting billed for??? I pay all bills online, and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this same company. I will refuse to order anything again!!!
