You Will Need
1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 teaspoons butter
1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel


What to Do
1. Place broccoli and 1 in. of water in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.

3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in orange juice. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Stir in orange peel.

4. Drain broccoli; add orange juice mixture and toss to coat.

Serves 2
