All online submissions must be received by 11:59pm (EST) on MARCH 17, 2008, the closing date. If entries do not contain all necessary information, entrant will be disqualified. Limit one entry per unique e-mail address per 24-hour period.

Not responsible for any damage to user’s system or from downloading any information necessary to participate in the sweepstakes. Any dispute regarding submission of on-line entry will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder. RDA reserves the right to terminate or modify this sweepstakes at any time if the RDA online service is no longer available or is compromised by any virus, bugs, or other intervention beyond RDA’s control. In either of these events, the prize will be awarded based on electronic entries received to date of termination.
Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older. Employees and immediate family members of the sponsor, the Reader’s Digest Association (RDA), and our independent judging agency as well as any affiliated or subsidiary companies are not eligible to participate. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about APRIL 2, 2008 from all eligible entries received by our independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with the Official Rules.
Prize: Fifteen (15) Winners will receive a Cuisinart Griddler valued at $129 each. Approximate odds of winning are 1:1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event that the stated prize is no longer available. All taxes, if any, are the winner’s responsibility. Neither the sponsor or its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize. The prize winners will be notified by mail, and/or e-mail within 30 days of the drawing and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within four weeks from the date of notification letter or alternate winners may be selected. Winners may be requested to grant permission to use their name, likeness and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the USA. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
