Clodagh McKenna (the Irish Rachael Ray, according to Forbes) takes you on a year long journey in Clodagh’s Kitchen Diaries (Kyle Books). She highlights what’s in season and has the major holidays covered (yes, even St. Patrick’s Day). The Chicago Tribune says, “The book is an approachable blend of unfussy comfort foods and dishes inspired to challenge your skills and your senses.”

Rachel Allen (the Nigella Lawson of Irish cooking, according to Serious Eats) shares her very best family recipes in Rachel’s Irish Family Food (HarperCollins).
