Fries or a Salad? Site Helps You Make Healthy Food Choices

by Alyssa Jung

The start of a new year has become nearly synonymous with weight loss pledges and fresh diet kickoffs. But what do you do if you can’t decide which food choice will help you meet your healthy eating goals?

Head over to twofoods.com. It’s a super simple food comparison site that can help find the healthiest meal selection for you. Just plug in the two foods you’re torn between and click “compare.”

For example, suppose you’re in a rush one Monday morning and can’t decide between a bagel with cream cheese or an egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast. “Ask” Two Foods and it’ll tell you how many calories and how much fat, protein and carbs each item has. It also gives you other options that might solve your dilemma, and it even includes items from franchises like Chipotle.

Tell us: Is healthier eating one of your 2013 resolutions?
