Fun Food: What’s Red and Green and Delicious?

My sister texted me a picture of her brunch last weekend—eggs Benedict with tomato and spinach. “Christmas food!” she wrote. And she was right. Somehow, the natural green and red turned the year round dish into something with holiday flair. So I set out to find other foods that are (almost) naturally red and green. (Except for this red and green velvet cake, which was just too cool not to share.) Eat red and green and be merry!
