    Chicken fries are even better.  Cut potato wedges from unpeeled,  small Russett potatoes.
    Put them into a plastic bag with chicken legs, thighs, and two packets of country gravy mix powder.
    Shake just to cover. Fry all of it at same time in butter. Use care not to scorch it.  Serve hot…Al-
