    that is very good 8 essential from avocado, i want give a skin care tips.
    avocado’s also good to solve the dry skin, with make avocado as a mask :
    1. Split the avocado into two 
    2. Shaved part of flash fruit
    3. Then blend the avocado until it smooth.
    spread to your skin face, and then wait 3-5 minutes until it
    dry. after that clean you face with warm water then rub with ice crub.
    for the maximal results, better you do every morning and evening before sleep

    bodys are strange! all i know is that maybe i just look in the mirror to much wondering why im not fat!… and i just .. cant … stop wondering why im the beast!
