    that is very good 8 essential from avocado, i want give a skin care tips.
    avocado’s also good to solve the dry skin, with make avocado as a mask :
    1. Split the avocado into two 
    2. Shaved part of flash fruit
    3. Then blend the avocado until it smooth.
    spread to your skin face, and then wait 3-5 minutes until it
    dry. after that clean you face with warm water then rub with ice crub.
    for the maximal results, better you do every morning and evening before sleep
