    I want to make Giada’s double chocolate and expresso cokies featured in your Dec.issue.  However,  it does not specify what kind the “6oz semisweet chocolate–chocpped into 1/2 ” pieces” is.  Bar chocolate?  Also in steep #3, directions, it mentions 2 Tbs. water but this is not in list of ingredients.  Would someone please advise.  Thanking you,     Stephanie
