    President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama held the annual White House Easter Egg Roll on April 21. Thousands of children attended the event, which dates back to 1876.

    "No legacy is so rich as honesty." Fans celebrated William Shakespeare's 450th birthday by decorating a canvas in New York City on April 23.

    On April 24, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, and husband Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, helped children plant trees at the National Arboretum in Canberra, Australia. This is their first trip overseas with their baby son, Prince George of Cambridge.
