      From two wives with high blood pressure I learned, long ago, just look at sodium content when looking at the nutrition label. They add salt to cover up for poor quality ingredients. Low sodium usually goes with better in all the other catagories.

      Natural is almost always better.

      The high price of quality food is pretty much one of the major causes of poor health. Low cost food tends to be unhealthy. Part of the race to the bottom.

      #6 needs updating. It’s easy to find 0 trans fat tub margarine these days.

        That would be even worse than a normal margarine. Beware of any of these 0g trans fat, diet coke and 0 calorie sugar ads! They are even WORSE. They actually need much more processing and addition of very bad chemical that can damage your body.
