Cherise Harrison-Nelson sits in her Habitat for Humanity Home in Musician Village. Children regularly gather in her home to learn about the city's traditions and their African American heritage. She holds a book of Nelson Mandela's Favorite African Folktales. The book was donated to the Big Chief Donald Harrison Sr. Book Club, a book program to help area schools that began in December 2006.
