At a 911 call center, policy should be one strike you are out. I called 911 for my 17 year old son who was depressed and threatening to kill himself. When the police showed up, not the abulance that I requested, They had guns drawn, yelling at my suicidal son "Don't move or I'll shoot" Then he was cuffed and beaten before my eyes and taken to the hospital, in custody and charged with a Felony Battery to an Officer, because the Officer cut his hand while punching my hand cuffed son. I was shocked

the first one doesn't seem like it was mishandled, the woman was hard to understand because she was gasping... she gave the address she was given...
