"Best place to see art outside"

I love how this is place brings out so much emotion in people, you can see the greatest artists of our era in this park. The sculptures are wonderful, when the light reflects off them you can see so much detail. Every time visitors come to Loveland they ask, “Where is Benson Sculpture Park?” I am only too happy to take them and walk through it with them. Whether the sculptures are old or new, you can always see something new for the first time.

Stories About Benson Sculpture Garden

Once featured in an artists event at Benson Sculpture Garden, I was able to meet brilliant minds and make new friends. I sculpt wood, so it was wonderful to be included. We have so many artists in this town and there are great foundries and painters.

An experienced self-taught artist George Walbye gave a tour for a group we had in town with Sons of Norway. He did it out of the kindness of his heart, and quite simply was the best tour guide around. He was inclusive, very nice, and answered all questions patiently. One of the most intriguing things about this park is that it was started by a few artists several years ago and has grown into an international stage to promote art and the great love of sculpting.
