Amazon sells scores of products every year, and its popularity only seems to be growing. People are turning to Amazon more and more to fulfill all of their shopping needs, from the handy that you’ll use every day to the seriously bizarre and hilarious.

One area where we—and our sister site, Taste of Home—think Amazon particularly excels is its kitchen products. If you haven’t checked out these 15 kitchen products people can’t stop buying from Amazon, you’re missing out! But what product rises above the rest among Amazon’s culinary customers?

The beginning of a new year is always a great time to explore what reigned supreme over the previous 12 months. We reached out to an Amazon spokesperson to see which kitchen gadget topped them all in 2019.

According to Amazon, the product making the strongest showing is none other than the good old Instant Pot. “Instant Pot was one of the top-selling kitchen items in 2019 among Prime members,” a spokesperson told Reader’s Digest. We can see why—we’ve certainly sung the praises of the Instant Pot on many occasions. We’ve even got a list of the first 7 things you should cook in yours.

For 2018, the top-selling kitchen product was another gem: a cast-iron skillet—Lodge’s 10.25-inch skillet, to be exact—but it seems the ultra-useful Instant Pot has edged it out.

If you’re hesitant to spring for an Instant Pot because of the intimidating amount of buttons, don’t let them scare you. We’ve got a guide to what all of the buttons on your Instant Pot mean.

So, if you don’t have an Instant Pot yet, it might be time to see if so many Amazon shoppers can possibly be wrong. If you do end up getting one, you’ll want to know these Instant Pot secrets that you won’t find in the manual.
