  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts,

  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 4 to 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
