  • 1 carton (8 ounces) spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef
  • Leaf lettuce
