  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 4 white French rolls, each 6 inches long
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced cooked chicken

  • 4 slices (3/4 ounce each) reduced-fat American cheese
  • 4 slices (3/4 ounce each) reduced-fat process Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices sweet or dill pickle
