- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 4 white French rolls, each 6 inches long
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 6 ounces thinly sliced cooked chicken

- 4 slices (3/4 ounce each) reduced-fat American cheese
- 4 slices (3/4 ounce each) reduced-fat process Swiss cheese
- 12 slices sweet or dill pickle
