  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 plum tomato, halved and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
