Don’t Box Me In Pudding Recipe

Pudding doesn’t come from a box! This is how real chefs make it. If you want to eat this cold, cover with plastic wrap that touches the top of the pudding, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • ¼ tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk (large)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. chocolate chips
  • 4 banana chips
