Halloween may be a day filled with tricks, but Dunkin’ is making sure there are also plenty of treats to go around. And this year, Dunkin’ is taking the frightening festivities even further, introducing a few more spooky surprises to make the holiday extra special.

Dunkin’ may have dropped “donuts” from its original name a few years ago, but the delectable doughy treats are still a hallmark of the popular shop. And, of course, donut holes are a fan favorite. So before you head out to scare the neighbors with your hair-raising Halloween costume, you’ll first want to make a stop at Dunkin’ to scoop up a Halloween Munchkins Bucket to get into the holiday spirit.

What’s new about the Dunkin’ Muchkins Bucket?

This year’s Dunkin’ Munchkins Bucket features a whole new spider-themed design that’s just as creepy-cute as ever. The black bucket is decorated with adorable spider-themed illustrations of Munchkins (yes, the donut holes themselves) dressed in Halloween costumes and has a spider lid that looks just like their revamped Spider Donut—purple exterior and all.

Last year’s Dunkin’ Munchkins Bucket was adorned with a playful trick-or-treating theme, with cartoon Munchkins dressed up in adorable witch, pumpkin, ghost and monster costumes. And just like last year, this year’s bucket comes with 50 Munchkins of your choosing, including festive Halloween Munchkins covered in orange and chocolate sprinkles.

What else is Dunkin’ introducing for Halloween this year?

The Dunkin’ Munchkins Bucket isn’t the only treat Dunkin’ is debuting this Halloween season. The chain is also offering a brand-new version of its famous Spider Donut. This year’s cute creation has purple frosting and features a glazed chocolate Munchkin spider in the middle with a chocolate drizzle for legs and vanilla-flavored icing for eyes.

You’ll also find three different kinds of Sprinkle Takeover donuts: chocolate iced, vanilla iced and strawberry iced, all topped with orange and chocolate sprinkles.

But Dunkin’ didn’t stop at donuts. You can also look forward to plenty of exciting Halloween merch, including a plush Spider Donut Keychain ($7.99) that looks just like the seasonal snack, a Spider Donut Straw Buddy ($7.99) to keep your drink clean and secure, and giant spider plushies that are perfect for cuddling.

For the fashion-minded, there’s also wearable spider swag. Yes, you read that right. The collection includes Stay Spooky Crewnecks ($45), Lil’ Boo Tees ($20) and Onesies ($18), and Creepin’ & Caffeinated Snapback Rope Hats ($24)—all of which feature designs inspired by the Spider Donut. Best of all, Dunkin’ is dropping a Spider Donut Onesie Costume ($45) that comes with spider arms for a very original Dunkin’ Halloween look. Dunkin’ is pulling out all the stops this Halloween!

How much does the Dunkin’ Munchkins Bucket cost?

Just as Dunkin’s food and drink prices vary from region to region and from one location to the next, so do Dunkin’ Munchkins Bucket prices. Instagrammers have reported seeing the 50-count buckets priced between $15 and $20 depending on the location, and some have even found restaurants that will sell the empty buckets for anywhere from $2 to $5.

When will it be available?

The new Dunkin’ Munchkins Bucket was officially released on Wednesday, Oct. 15, with merch and additional spooky spider offerings at DunkinRunsOnMerch.com and select Dunkin’ locations. No matter which way you decide to shop, be sure to do it fast, because once these ghoulish goods (and pieces of donut history) are gone, they won’t be restocked.
