- 2 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups finely chopped walnuts
- 3 1/4 cups (20 ounces) milk chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup milk

Melt the remaining 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl on medium heat for 3 minutes, stopping to stir every minute. Top each cookie with 1/4 teaspoon melted chocolate. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
