Quick French Toast

This traditional favorite has been trimmed down to a new low-cal version.

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 1 slice bread
