  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 ounces strawberries, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons honey
