Grilled Pork Chops with Maple Butter

You can’t go wrong with this recipe for succulent grilled pork chops topped with a maple glaze.

  • 8 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 large cooking apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
