Ham & Cheese Wafflewich Recipe

Forget the bread. Ham and cheese taste so much better in a waffle sandwich!

  • 2 tsp. Butter
  • ½ tsp. Prepared mustard
  • 1 Slice of deli ham, cut to fit waffle
  • 2 Frozen waffles
  • 2 tbsp. Grated medium Cheddar cheese

[step-item number=”2″ image_url=”” title=”” ]Spread mustard on one side of ham. Place 1 waffle in pan. Sprinkle cheese over waffle. Place ham over cheese. Place second waffle on top of ham. Cover with lid. Cook for about 2 minutes until waffle is browned on bottom. Use lifter to check. Press top waffle with lifter so it will stick to melting cheese. Carefully turn wafflewich over. Cover with lid. Cook for another 2 minutes until both sides of wafflewich are browned and cheese is melted. Serves 1.[/step-item] [/step-list-wrapper]
