Ham ‘n’ Cheese Crepes

  • 1/3 cup plus 2 to 3 tablespoons 2% milk, divided
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg


  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 thin slices deli ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet as needed. Stack four crepes with waxed paper in between; cover and freeze for up to 3 months.[/step-item]
