Home-Grown Guacamole Recipe
This recipe, by Melissa Fowler, was featured at the California Avocado Festival.
Yield: Approximately 1 Quart
You Will Need
10 Hass avocados
3 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
5 green onions, chopped
[1/2] sweet onion
1 clove garlic, mashed
[1/2] jalapeño pepper
1 can chiles, mild
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
Sea Salt, Black Pepper & Seasoning Salt to taste
What to Do
Fold all the ingredients together. Chill. Add 4 chunked avocados at the end.
