Hot Chili and Mustard Foot Oil Recipe

  • 2 cups (500 ml) sunflower oil
  • 2-4 fresh whole red chilies (cayenne), chopped
  • 50 g gingerroot, chopped or crushed
  • 50 g mustard powder
