McDonald’s is celebrating the return of its Extra Value Meals by introducing two brand-new offerings. During breakfast hours, you can start your day with a $5 Sausage McMuffin with Egg meal, which includes hash browns and a small coffee. It’s practically impossible to find a breakfast option that delivers a better value! If you’re hungry for lunch or dinner, you’ll be able to fuel up with an $8 Big Mac meal that comes with a medium order of fresh, hot fries and a medium soft drink. Your wallet is going to be thrilled about these new-and-improved Extra Value Meals.

What other Extra Value Meals are expected this year?
McDonald’s is introducing additional Extra Value Meals in November, with options for every McDonald’s fan. For breakfast, you’ll be able to enjoy $5 Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles, Egg McMuffins, and Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit meals, each of which comes with a hash brown and small coffee. For lunch and dinner, you can score $8 McValue meals, centered around your choice of 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, a Quarter Pounder burger and McCrispy sandwich meals. Plus, each meal comes with medium fries and a medium soft drink.
What else does $5 get you at McDonald’s?
McDonald’s Extra Value Meals are just one way to score big savings at the Golden Arches. You can also take advantage of the $5 Meal Deal, which gives you the choice between a McDouble or McChicken sandwich, plus 4-piece chicken nuggets, a small order of fries, and a small drink for the mind-blowingly low price of $5. All you have to do is order it through the McDonald’s app.
Or for in-between meals or when you’re really hungry, you can pick up a Snack Wrap, which was recently brought out of retirement, for just $2.99, now through the end of 2025.
“From the $5 Meal Deal to McValue and now Extra Value Meals, we’re sending a clear message: We’re here for our customers,” said Joe Erlinger, president of McDonald’s USA, in a press release. “McDonald’s will always be a place where you can get the food you love at a price that fits your life.”

There’s a $7 Daily Double Meal Deal, which comes with a Daily Double sandwich, 4-piece Chicken McNuggets, a small order of fries and a small drink, as well as the $6 McDouble Meal Deal, which comes with a McDouble sandwich, 4-piece Chicken McNuggets, a small order of fries and a small drink. Both of these options are available via the McDonald’s app.
