  • 1 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup shredded, part-skim mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower purée

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
