It’s a brownie … but it’s also a pie? This mash-up of two beloved desserts costs $21.99 for 3.75 pounds of indulgent heaven. With a graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache filling and toasted-walnut topping, it delivers a classic brownie in silky pie form, and Costco members are loving it.
On a Reddit thread dedicated to the pie, one person gave it the ultimate compliment: “This is the best thing I’ve ever eaten from Costco bakery.” In other words: Run, don’t walk, to your local Costco to get your hands on this delicious treat.
Members in Texas, Maryland, Pennsylvania and California have all spotted the Chocolate Brownie Walnut Pie, so if it hasn’t hit your warehouse yet, expect to see it soon.
Grilled Chipotle Seasoned Chicken
Protein is having a moment, so if you’re looking for something savory and protein-packed, look no further than Costco’s new Grilled Chipotle Seasoned Chicken. Members are raving about it (@photogami on TikTok says it tastes a lot like Chipotle’s chicken), and they’re already using it to meal-prep healthy lunches and dinners.
“Costco did it again,” says Instagram account @CostcoNewDeals. “This viral Chipotle Chicken is cooked, diced and seasoned. So easy to turn into bowls, tacos or salads. Perfect for quick meals or prepping for the week. Don’t miss it in the deli section at Costco. Send this to meal-prep lovers or busy parents.”
The Grilled Chipotle Seasoned Chicken comes in a 2-pound bag for around $11. Folks in North Carolina have found it in their local Costco warehouses, but members in California (namely Palm Desert and Carlsbad) say they’re still waiting for it to hit their locations.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Cake
Costco is really bringing over-the-top decadence to its bakery section right now. Meet the new Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Cake, which costs $18.99. It’s quickly becoming a fan favorite, with members scrambling for seconds of the samples.
“I sampled it last night,” said a Costco shopper on Reddit. “It was fantastic. Absolutely worth a purchase. I couldn’t tell if it was ice cream cake because of how cold it was, but it was the only sample I’ve ever wanted to go back for seconds of.”
It’s not ice cream, but layers of cake and mousse packed with cookie dough bites and topped with chocolate frosting. According to TikTok’s @costcohotfinds, the best part of the whole shebang is those cookie dough bites.
The 2.5-pound Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Cake has been spied in Texas and a few other places around the country, but on Reddit, many are lamenting the fact that it hasn’t hit their local warehouse yet.
Pesto Pasta Salad
Nope, this isn’t the summer version of Costco’s pesto pasta salad, which has yummy nuggets of tortellini. But this new winter deli discovery, which appears to use orecchiette, definitely has people talking.
On Instagram, @costco.love says, “Costco’s new Pesto Pasta Salad is here. Tossed with mozzarella pearls and pesto, it’s perfect for an easy lunch or as a fresh side with any dinner protein.”
And over on the @costcohotfinds account on Instagram, people have mentioned adding rotisserie chicken to the pesto pasta salad to make it a complete meal. Still others have added a balsamic glaze to give it a little extra kick of flavor.
At $5.99 per pound, it feels like the perfect dish to bring to a potluck when you’re squeezed for time. And you’re in luck! This is one new Costco item that most shoppers seem to have no problem finding at their local warehouse, so head on over to the deli section during your next Costco run.
What other buzzy items might hit Costco shelves in 2026?
While Costco has yet to confirm any other new offerings for 2026, there are certainly some items on Costco shelves right now that deserve an honorable mention.
