No-Cook Asian Noodle Salad

This is the perfect easy meal to plan when you want to do something else besides cook.

For a no-cook Asian noodle salad, crush a bag of ramen into small pieces and discard the seasoning packet. Mix the ramen with 1/2 cup bottled sesame ginger salad dressing and let stand at room temperature until the liquid is mostly absorbed, about 1 hour. Stir in vegetables such as sliced snow peas, shredded carrots, and sliced water chestnuts. Serve cold or at room temperature. Don’t worry: The ramen noodles taste terrific, despite not being cooked!
